New Mexico Funeral Homes
This sparsely populated state in America has population that is predominantly Catholic and Hispanic, and most of the funerary rites available in New Mexico funeral homes reflects this demographics. While most New Mexico funeral homes will accommodate people of other sects, especially Christian ones, the fact remains that most of them are geared to cater to the needs of Hispanic Catholics with funeral services including a wake, the services and prayers of the Catholic clergy, and of course a final committing of the body to the grave with a Catholic liturgy. Even the architecture of many New Mexico funeral homes is decidedly Spanish or South American. There is also a significant native American population in the state, and they have their own funerary arrangements. Cremation is not a popular option with any of the major ethnic groups in the state, through if you really require a cremation, there are funeral homes in the large cities who will certainly accommodate your needs.
